📄 Return & Refund Policy – Nutfy

At Nutfy, we strive to deliver premium quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our food products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

🔁 Returns

We do not accept returns on edible products such as dry fruits, seeds, makhana, and kesar once they are delivered.

However, returns/replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Package tampered at the time of delivery

👉 To request a return, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos as proof

💰 Refunds

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • A full refund or replacement will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

📦 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
